• Unable to decide on single source of truth for critical master data
• Non-visibility of assets from Salesforce that are maintained in Oracle
• Unmanaged business processes due to scattered data in multi-source systems

• Provided a master data management solution by synchronizing all masters according to their origin
• Developed processes that will perform de-duplication of master data and synchronize it between Oracle & Salesforce
• Collaboration of information on the CRM reporting platform
• Robust error handling framework in place for corrective administrative action
