Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Analysis: Participate in requirements gathering, estimation, and scheduling for application integration projects.
  • Design and Development: Drive the full lifecycle of application integration design and development, including participation in initial discussions, requirements clarification, and sizing estimation.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, data modeling, SOA, Microservices architecture, Agile delivery, and PL SQL.
  • Project Execution: Execute tasks as per instructions or runbooks provided by the team lead or architect, and support Payment Hub-related build and integration activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • L3 Support: Provide L3 support as per defined SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, considering their needs and influencing decisions that align with long-term business goals.
  • Requirements Definition: Support or produce clear functional and non-functional requirements, including diagrams and detailed specifications.
  • System Development: Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, subsystems, and system enhancements.
  • Testing and Deployment: Support test planning and design, and participate in deployment activities, ensuring adherence to defined processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working as part of Technology solutions at an IT company.
  • Proven experience in senior technical analyst roles, with a focus on application integration design and development.
  • Strong technical skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, data modeling, SOA, Microservices architecture, Agile delivery, and PL SQL.
  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Ability to provide L3 support as per defined SLAs.
  • LExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins and C/C++/Core Java/J2EE Design patterns.
