Strategically located near Rabale Railway Station and accessible via 30m wide roads, the facility integrates cutting-edge MEP and HVAC systems to meet the demanding operational requirements. Designed as a multi-layered urban green structure, it introduces international quality to an ecologically sparse environment, enhancing the skyline and supporting Navi Mumbai's growing IT sector.

Meta Arch proudly presents the newly designed office for Sonai Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leader in construction specialising in roads, dams, and highways. The office is divided into executive and workstation areas, combining luxury and functionality. The executive area features premium desks crafted with high-end materials, elegant marble wall panels, and luxurious seating. The workstation area, accommodating over 55 staff, includes ergonomic furniture, custom storage solutions, and collaborative spaces. Thoughtfully designed with quality materials and finishes, the space enhances productivity and offers a seamless blend of sophistication and functionality.
SPRY
SPRY is an office designed to optimise functionality and enhance user experience. The clean white palette with mauve accents reflects the brand’s identity. The layout prioritises privacy and efficient circulation, with a 35 sqm breakout area and strategic meeting rooms. The 230 sqm workstation area offers seamless connectivity. Custom double-glazed partitions improve acoustics and flexibility. With careful planning and execution, the project was completed on time, ensuring both practicality and design excellence.

Business Hive is a commercial tower offering boutique office spaces of 1000 sq ft each, strategically located in the heart of Aundh. Designed for modern businesses, the offices are bathed in balanced natural light, ensuring a productive environment. Centralised AC and TFA provide optimal comfort, while ample parking facilities cater to convenience. MIT WPU MBA Block
Meta Arch Pvt. Ltd. successfully handled the entire interiors and MEP for the MIT WPU MBA Block in Kothrud, Pune, a 100,000 sq. ft. project designed to accommodate 3,000 students. The design included a unique Modular Bench System, ensuring flexibility and functionality for the large student body. The project featured three full administrative floors, four large seminar halls, and numerous classrooms. Completed in November 2021, the facility is now operational, offering a dynamic and modern environment for MBA students to thrive.

The Palm Exotica
The Palm Exotjca With a mood board based on the native tribal culture, we prepared a concept to resemble the long and hollow tribal beat instrument which would popularly resemble the African rain stick. Merging the distinctive patterns that speak so loudly of its rich African descent, we came up with a center core based tower model that would stand tall resembling the rain stick. With the view of accommodating a mix usage for commercial office areas, a 7 star hotel with a casino and luxury residential suites, the tower stands up to reach a 366m height. Flanked by the large expanse of the sea on one side and the richly dense forest habitat on the other, every point inside the building would offer a treat of the beautiful natural views.

Africa Medicity Kenya
The proposal sits on a 5 Acre large Site in Nairobi, Kenya. This 5 Acre site is housed within an 85 Acre Township that has a broader goal of Residential & Commercial expansion. The design of the hospital aims to create a warm homely environment with a hotel like ambience for improved Patient Healing using passive strategies. Concepts like Medical Tourism shall be promoted with the rising need of infrastructural support to suffice the humanitarian needs and economic demands created by Globalisation. The building would be Modern to suit the rapidly changing cultural context of Kenya.

Hexa City, a IP registerd concept by Meta Arch, redefines urban planning with its focus on signal-free junctions. By utilising hexagonal clusters, the design eliminates traditional traffic signals at intersections, allowing vehicles to flow continuously and reducing congestion. This modular, signal-free design saves time, reduces fuel consumption, and encourages walking. Hexa City, with its efficient geometry, offers enhanced traffic flow, sustainable infrastructure, and better mobility, transforming how we design cities for the future.
