She is an esteemed member of the National Association of Realtors, India (NAR-INDIA) and the Estate Agents Association of Pune (EAAP).

Mr. Ravi Varma has 50 years experience in Marketing various products. He has spent 35 years in Marketing Real Estate. “Realtors” sell products in most of the verticals of Real Estate. He has spent last 30 years trying to organise the “Marketing arm” of the Real Estate Business across the country. He has served as a President of the Estate Agents Association of Pune for six years and has served in different roles at the National Association of Realtors - India for 17 years. He was the Chairman of NAR - India for 9 years and is currently Chairman Emeritus. He has contributed to the formation and Implementation of the RERA act and has served on the Advisory Council of Ministry of Urban Development for 6 years.
