Mr. Jayant Oswal, a distinguished veteran in the construction industry, brings over 40 years of illustrious experience to the table. A graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Vishveshwarya, Bangalore, he further honed his expertise by completing Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.Mr. Oswal began his career with Kalpataru Ltd in 1985 as a Site Civil Engineer.
Through sheer dedication and excellence, he ascended the ranks, gaining in-depth experience in various facets of construction management. From 2005 to 2011, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, overseeing pan-India projects and delivering excellence in real estate development. Since 2011, he has been associated with Kalpataru Ltd as the Business Head for Pune, Hyderabad, Nashik, and Nagpur regions. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth across multiple geographies.

A graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Pune University (2011), his career trajectory exemplifies versatility and a commitment to excellence.
Viraj Oswal began his professional journey with a campus placement in a defense electronics company in Pune, where he honed his technical and problem-solving skills. In 2013, he joined Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited and was posted in Kiev, Ukraine. During this tenure, he immersed himself in the complexities of contract and project management, gaining invaluable insights into managing large-scale international operations.
Upon returning to India in 2014, Viraj Oswal entered the facade industry and over the past decade, he has steadily built a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Operating as a partnership firm, Viraj Oswal took progressive strides to expand his reach, successfully executing projects in key cities across India, including Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Mangalore, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
