challenges
What you can learn
Two ways to learn.
Short challenges
A few days, focused on one skill, habit or goal. Daily tasks you actually do. The easiest way to start.
Structured programmes
Six, eight or ten weeks. Expert led sessions, weekly tasks, accountability and group support, with a certificate at the end.
Every programme is action based. You apply what you learn as you go, rather than sitting through sessions and forgetting them.

Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about Indian Women Network.
IWD Thrive Hive is the learning and growth hub of Indian Women in Dubai. It runs practical challenges and structured programmes that help women build new skills, improve habits and work towards personal, professional or business goals.
Thrive Hive covers digital skills, social media, business growth, personal development, fitness and wellness. We have run over 50 learning sessions in the last two years, and since January 2026 we have added structured six, eight and ten week programmes.
They are practical and action based rather than lecture based. Depending on the programme you receive daily or weekly tasks, expert led sessions, practical exercises, accountability and group support, and you are expected to apply what you learn as you go.
Most programmes run online and live sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them or catch up if you miss one. Short challenges run for a few days and structured programmes run for six, eight or ten weeks. Everyone who completes a programme receives a Certificate of Completion.
Thrive Hive is open to any woman who wants to learn, whether you are an entrepreneur, a working professional, a homemaker, or simply someone building a new skill or working on your fitness. You do not need to run a business to take part.
Most programmes are conducted online, so you do not need to be in Dubai and can join from home wherever you are. If a cohort includes an in person meet up, that is always stated before registration
The Business Accelerator Program, known as BAP, is a structured Thrive Hive programme for women entrepreneurs who want to grow their business through guided sessions, practical tasks, expert support and accountability.
Depending on the cohort it covers areas such as branding, social media, content creation, digital tools, business visibility, customer growth, sales, Google Business Profile and SEO. Topics and length vary from one cohort to the next.
Cost depends on the length of the programme, its format, the level of expert involvement and what participants receive, so each one has its own published price on its registration page. Selected fitness and community challenges are completely free.
Paid programmes open with an early bird price, which usually closes around two weeks before the start date. Join the IWD Thrive Hive WhatsApp community to hear about every new programme, its dates and its early bird pricing first.
